I know it's a bit of a strange question... but, my arms are now around 16 inches (I know that ain't so big for the most of you) so I'd like to see what I'd look like with slightly smaller arms.
I asked a few guys at the gym and they all said the SAME: stop doing so much curls... but the thing is I haven't done a *single* biceps curl this whole year...
P.S. my forarm is slightly over 13 inches, and nicely defined. I would NOT like to lose any of the forearm muscles.

Its usually the other way around. Some people train biceps every single day because of it. Its probably the only muscle on me I can't get any soreness in and thats doing curls with a 30KG bar (can only do 6 reps) when I am around 170lb with 25% BF.

Unless your 4" 2' I dont understand why you would want your biceps smaller. In reality 16 inst even like massive

My arms are a little bigger than yours.
And they are not big enough.
16" is not very big on a 6'1" 209lb frame.
You should know what 15" and 14" and 13" arms look like, since you've already been there. Probably have pics to remind you of smaller arms in your past.Beginners:

Beyond novice, 5 3 1 or see above:)
Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).

Dude if you have a strong point don't try to diminish it take advantage of it. Just keep training everything else along with it.

go on a diet and stop lifting. I don't think you can spot-reduce muscle- can't believe I just typed that.

As above - you need to get the rest of you to catch up.
I havent done any direct arm work for more than 2 years but my arms are still the most developed part. Its just genetics.

Ouch lots of negetive comments... I didn't mean to lose like 10 inches in arms... maybe just half an inch! Simply, all I want is to see how it would look on me...

I mean, there are millions of suggestions on how to keep and build the muscle, but there is no advice on how to lose it?
