    3000 calorie diet. . .? O.o

My goal is to gain weight and build muscles. Weeks ago, I went online and used some calorie calculator on a few websites. After calculation, it says that I need to take in about 3000 calories per day to gain 1 pound a week. I take BSN True Mass as my weight gainer supplement.

So now, I need suggestions for my 3000 calorie diet plan. Maybe one of you could tell me what should i include in my daily diet? I understand why calories are important for me to gain weight but at the same time, i do not want to consume too much of 'bad' fats (I heard that saturated fats give you a fat belly, unlike the good fats or unsaturated fats) So any tips guys?

you heard wrong about saturated fats.

Too much food gives you a belly. Your daily diet should include protein, carbohydrates and dietary fat, consumed in an amount that will be conducive to the rate of weight gain you are looking for. I'm not trying to be obtuse, I'm just making the point that food is food. Eat lots of meat, eat lots of veggies and fruits, fill the rest in with stuff you like. I have 1.5 quarts of ice cream after every lifting session since I started bulking and I have been gaining weight at the exact rate I planned to. If you are hitting a reasonable calorie goal everyday, and are getting adequate protein, eating vegetables and fruit, you could fill the rest of your diet with skittles and crisco if you wanted.

Also, saturated fat is actually good for you, especially when it comes to muscle building.
