    Leg help

I sorta have big thighs and I need to get rid of them. I only have a few dumbells but i'm trying to find a barbell. There isn't a gym close to my home. Please help me by telling me how i can loose all the fat in my thighs. Most of it is below the top of my leg.

    Sprinting!!

Well sprints worked for me anyway .

lunges are a great leg shaper as well....all variations..side, reverse, stationary etc..

If you have a treadmill, walking on an incline has worked great for me. This is my problem area too (my thighs/hips/glutes) and I've gotten good results by alternating between the bike, treadmill (doing walk/run intervals one day and hill intervals another). Also try: walking lunges, stiff legged deadlifts, and step-ups. Good luck!
