    I have to use a tapered belt based on the way I'm built. I have a low rib cage plus high hips giving me a short and shallow torso. When I use non-tapered belts it hits both ribs and hips causing discomfort and poor form.

    6'2".. You should have a long enough torso to wear a regular sized belt comfortably.. at 5'9" with my stocky nature, not so much.

    Also, tyler - inzer lever. Do it. Get a large though, I'm at the 2nd to final holes on my medium . Stupid move on my part to think I was happy at a 181.

    My fat likes to settle in the tummy area, and I'm bulking. I'm just hoping it holds until I make it to 210. Or alternatively, it's nowhere near tight enough, which I just realized is a distinct possibility.

    I usually stand on one of those rebook step up things - I'm always afraid the damn thing is going to snap. Anything lower and I feel I don't get much carry over.
