600 fff...redic. I'd love to make that next year's goal, but I may have to settle for like 560. Idunno if I can get another 80-90 lbs in a year, even with going from no belt to belted.

I had a goal that I had set back in January that I wanted a 3pps squat by my birthday. It's three days past today so I decided to adjust my program today so that it began with me warming up to attempt this PR.




Probably a tad high for USAPL tbh, and although the spotter didn't help I was a little peeved that he even touched me. Besides that I thought it was a good rep and am probably close to being able to get it for a double.

In the event that I lost all tightness somehow, the safeties would have been a back up. There's no reason to not have a spot if available.

Last heavy day (Cube) before my meet on the 18th. Weighing 143lbs, pulled 460lbs like a boss.

Tried pulling sumo for the 3rd time ever tonight:



everything actually went a lot better than expected, considering I am still recovering from a groin injury and can't even squat ATM. Worked up to a pretty easy double with 405. I'm excited to keep training sumo and see where it takes me, and eventually outlift ErickStevens

it finally happened. 2nd bench max+volume session this week. 225 has finally fallen for first time in life. Bench is horrendous. Feels goooooood

Not recent i'm a little bit stronger now at the same weight. This is when I was training at night, now I train when the gym is packed so I don't want to look like a ******* filming myself benching.

A couple checks here. First is for deficit deads. I'm pretty new to the movement and just want to make sure things look okay. Also new to the hook grip as you can see at the end when I check if my thumbs are still there lol



Adding in conventional DLs too from time to time but normally pull sumo (ish). Any feedback or queues for me would be great as I'm terrible conventional
