    Question How to get visible abs

    What i should to do to get visible abs?

    Can you recommend any exercises?

    I am running every time at gym (after working out) and doing situps around 50 - 60 times...

    Hanging leg raises are pretty effective. I also weighted decline situps and they're pretty killer. Also, low bf is obvious

    A good cutting diet will get you abs, you need to lose enough fat for them to show up. To make them more solid and defined you can do a bunch of different exercises, you shouldn't be doing just sit-ups alone.. Do things like weighted ab crunches, wide-leg sit-ups, etc.
    Six-packs are mostly obtained from a proper diet and low bf percent.

    My bf% is around 12-14% and my abs are VERY visible.

    super set of ab rollers > hanging legs raises gives a pretty well rounded ab workout. My BF is kinda high (15-16%) till i cut but i know ive got very big abs. Having a low bodyfat is crucial
