Sup guys, last year i've lifted for 3 months, i was too skinny, and then, happened a boom in my body, i went to (57kg) from 72kg in a short period of time. My face suffered the largest impact, i see that my jawline are more apparent but my cheeks had increased a good size, and my skin seems to be a bit enlarged due my rapid gains.
There is any impact you can see while you pass throughout cycles as cutting/bulking? Like loosing skin, etc. At the right moment, i only think in bulking and then do a good cut, drop to 8-10% bodyfat, that is my main goal. But i'm afraid of loosing too much skin, like when you are overweight and then you drop a lot pounds of fat.
So whats the most noticeable changes you see in your body ?
