    how you deal with your fat gained while on bulking?

    Sup guys, last year i've lifted for 3 months, i was too skinny, and then, happened a boom in my body, i went to (57kg) from 72kg in a short period of time. My face suffered the largest impact, i see that my jawline are more apparent but my cheeks had increased a good size, and my skin seems to be a bit enlarged due my rapid gains.

    There is any impact you can see while you pass throughout cycles as cutting/bulking? Like loosing skin, etc. At the right moment, i only think in bulking and then do a good cut, drop to 8-10% bodyfat, that is my main goal. But i'm afraid of loosing too much skin, like when you are overweight and then you drop a lot pounds of fat.

    So whats the most noticeable changes you see in your body ?

    First I usually see my face and the extremes tone up. Core goes last (damn abs!). Definately feel a bit bloated while bulking on more carb heavy days or days like today when I say **** it. Though I have seen some good gains on my arms and chest which I am quite happy about! Thinking bulk another 3-4 weeks then start to cut cals and carbs when i get to 2200 cals. Plan will be to cut on keto based diet to 10% BF then decide where to go (bulk again or maintain. Prolly bulk!) and carry out the next part of the plan haha.

    Unless you're brand new or competing and taking time off to grow, I don't think there's a need to really gain much bodyfat at all. The strength gains, the size gains and the delicious extra food is usually enough to convince me htat up to 14-15% isn't that bad.
