Compound lifts. Then curls. Then eat. The end.SQ 172.5kg. BP 105kg. DL 200kg. OHP 62.5kg @ 67.3kg

Biceps routines are a dime a dozen, OP. Pick 2-3 exercises, and do 2-3 sets of each. You'll be good to go.
But if, as you ask, you're looking for something really "crazy," do a Google search for "Add an inch to your arms in one day." That's about the craziest thing I've ever seen posted for arm training.No brain, no gain.
