squat deadlifting ARE NOT the only exercises that gives you good gains. i recognize that they are important and that they give good results but not doing them / doing them with lower weights will still give good results if i got a good routine. yes i agree that i could gain more mass faster with decent weights but doesnt mean i cant still make good gains out of it

I never said they were required to grow.
Thanks for the neg btw...but you need to start eating more to start with. You aren't going to get stronger with food. Once you get a good diet then you may proceed to a good lifting split. As a Newby you should try 5x5 or a full body 3x a week*Whey causes liver, kidney failure if a lot is taken over long period of time. Pls dont flame me i read it online. Google it.*-ajayeg

yea i know , im eating like a bear now i've gained 16 lbs in a month. altho abs nearly dissapeared but they arent a problem. 5x5 would be madcows which you need barbells and stuff. wouldnt work i guess. and fullbody would work but i want to target well each muscles with atleast 6-9 sets so it would be a huge fullbody routine..

Yes.
It is POSSIBLE. I worked out for a year without barbells ( Condo gym, only has dumbbells and ****ty machines ).
Got to 150 lb, 10% BF, 5"7.
BUT if you can get a gym membership where you can do compound exercises, I really suggest you do so.
Compound exercises are really important, I regret not working into them during that 1 year, mainly because of weak grip, slow strength and muscle progression.Disregard Everything, Acquire Aesthetics Crew

You're welcome! mm typical BB split.
Monday, Chest and Triceps,
Tuesday, Rest
Wednesday, Back and Biceps
Thursday, Legs
Friday, Shoulders.
Sat Sun = Rest.
My diet was clean chicken, salmon and eggs. Cheat meal once per week.
This worked for me, but do your research and make your own routine to progress the best way you can.
Good luckDisregard Everything, Acquire Aesthetics Crew
