That seems to happen to me alot especially after a hardworkout / cardio session. I'll have my postworkout food then I'll be hungry again in no time.

Yeah - I second the idea it's partly about knowing you have another meal waiting. I like my bedtime CC and PB frozen (at least mostly) - as soon as I put it in the freezer I get 'hungry.' I add splenda and cinn. + nutmeg, tastes pretty good. Look forward to it, just knowing it is waiting makes me hungry.
