Investments - $1,400,000 estimate net no FPO yet (100k invest & 600k). Companies are med risk, investments are long term & provisions for % of the company.
Debt - $574,000 investment loan
Debt - $13,000 student loan
Debt - $4,000 CC
Debt - $400,000 house loan
One loan wagered against parents assets, others against current worth of investment assets. Earn 120 after tax PA and only see $700 per week due to loans :<. Included in that is living expenses also & gf currently hasn't had a job in the last 3 months so supporting us too.. Will be worth it in 5y though ****.. keep telling myself that atm, feeling the burn. Could sell but fell into both investments which will make me never have to work again if played right. House needing reno before being able to sell at QV >_<!!
