Calories per day?!

Hi All,
My name is Cai and im a 16yr old hard gainer looking to get bigger
Last i checked (November 7th 2015) i measured up as: (See image attached)
And i am looking for a rough guide of how many calories i should be getting a day if i go to the gym at least 3 times a week, i can then make a meal plan out of that, thanks

Uhm, I think you want to gain muscle. So, try to find your maint. at first. For your size I think it's about 2000-2300Calories, so figure it out and add additional 20% to make some gainz. Good luck :P

At your age, ask your parents for seconds so that you are gaining weight at the rate you want.
