This guy got destroyed by "Alwaystryin" in the nutrition section, and now he's trying to preach broscience to teens. *sigh* (Post #6)

How is rothyman still green?
The usual "calories in vs calories out is not true", the usual "insulin spike sugar GI tract chit", and "broscience about I've been BB for 15 years, I'm right, calories have nothing to do with fat loss", "eat clean, etc".Retired 74kg PL Open Division (3 meets)

From the main page (can't post links yet):
The title of the article is "5 Winning Workout Boosters"
Number one workout booster: "FOR MASS GAINING, TIME YOUR NUTRIENTS
FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT"
Also "16 Ways to Burn Fat Faster"
Number 3: "Eat Frequently"
No wonder so many people are convinced of these being solutions.

My question was rhetoric, i already know the answer. Unlike you i'm actually educated in dietetics and biology. There is nothing healthy or unhealthy about chocolate cake in isolation. It simply exists. You believe that something which is considered processed or highly processed is unhealthy. You may be a tad confused as to what "processed" means and just how common it is. To classify something as "processed" is simply to say it is far removed from its original state. Can you even fathom how many food items fall in to that category? Do you think you could even quantify the difference between "processed" and "highly processed" ?? Lmao no. The problem here is your fundamental lack of understanding of how the body works. You believe that it's better to eat fattier foods or more carbs during the day because that's when you're using most of your energy. Again, that shows a fundamental ignorance of science and specifically physiology. May God have mercy on your soul, because on this forum i won't.

Great products/plan to offer you. Hit me up and I'll clue you on. Been using them for two years now. Maybe nothing you would have thought of before but what do you have to loose. Instead of wandering looking for input give me a shout and I can steal you to a whole new world.
