I did a lot of research and made some decisions as to how to get rid of my slight gyno and puffy nips.



As of today, 2 weeks into my routine, my gyno is starting to go away and shrink. I've had the gyno for roughly 5 years.




The 'routine' is a three pronged strategy to rid myself of gyno.


The first and most important part is the usage of Letrozole, a powerful AI - the mechanisms behind it from a brief overview would be to starve glandular tissue of estrogen and eventually cause it to shrink or dissipate due to the lack of estrogen. This is due to crippling the estrogen receptor's ability to receive additional estrogen, due to the lack of estrogen production/conversion. Letrozole is an aromitase enzyme inhibitor that basically stops that enzyme from converting testosterone and other adrogenic/anabolic steroids, to estrogen.


My tapering up went like this.

Day 1: 0.25 mg
Day 2: 0.50 mg
Day 3: 0.75 mg
Day 4: 1.00 mg
Day 5: 1.25 mg


Any higher is probably unneeded even 1.25 mg a day may be too high.



The second part of my routine is to lower prolactin levels which can be a cause of puffy nipples. I didn't want to do any other powerful medications with the letro so I chose a cheaper, and safer alternative route. Vitamin B6 300 mg a day has factual and scientific evidence of having a great effect on prolactin levels as well as an increase in Human Growth Hormone levels.


The third part is a caloric deficiency to reduce fat and get shredded while eliminating my gyno as much as I possibly can.

Yes, it will kill your libido. So far mines not so bad - but im not getting laid with gyno anyway.

Using that much letro is going to kill your joints. Good night sweet prince. Also I don't think this will work, the tissue that was built isn't going to disappear although it might temporarily shrink.

Nothing, I am taking nolvadex after letro just in case of a rebound (which may be unlikely with smart tapering off of it). I have changed my diet up, and will be taking supplements that reduce excess estrogen in the body after wards.

The only difference is the duration of having each.


Cycling gyno you may have directly after a failed cycle/pct and can be treated quicker then say pubertal gyno which may have been there for months to years.
