If a sea urchin or a raccoon were to propose to you that it had a viable truth about the universe, the absurdity of that assertion would be self-evident, but in our case we make an exception."

I am down to about 14-15% and I have noticed that i do have gyno, I went to my doctor today actually and she gave me a breast exam(lol). its not bad but I got a referral to see a plastic surgeon about it. I do have sex so Im not so sure I would want to lose my libido although it may be more of a blessing in disguise. I would just rather have surgery if they are willing to do it.
Baltimore Ravens.
I rep good posts.

To all the people who are thinking about trying this, go see a doctor first about it. Don't just take some advice from a random person online, you could end up causing more damage.
I just had the surgery a few weeks ago and if you really feel like you want to get rid of your gyno I'd recommend seeing your doctor about it then go see a plastic surgeon.Gyno free since August 2011
If you have any questions about gyno surgery, PM me

Hope it works out for you, but there's a good chance you're just really dry right now, and it will come right back.
There was a very detailed log on here about a guy that took daily pics during his letro cycle, along with many other cases I've read on cell-tech forums where it typically comes right back. Not so much due to rebound, but just re-inflating with water.
GL tho, brah. Hope it works out.

Most of the experiences I read are either no-go, worked very well, worked very well with a small come back but nothing like previous.
So far the lumps are shrinking, some portions non existent. When I'm done I'm running nolvadex for 4 weeks at 20 mg to combat any rebound as well as to reduce gyno.
Benign asymptomatic or painful enlargement of the male breast is a common problem, postulated to be due to an increased estrogen/testosterone ration or due to increased estrogenic or decreased androgenic stimulation via estrogen or androgen receptor interactions. Treatment at present consists of analgesic medication or surgery. However, treatment directed against the preponderance of estrogenic stimulation would seem to represent a more specific form of therapy. In the present double-blind crossover study, one-month courses of a placebo or the antiestrogen tamoxifen (10 mg given orally bid) were compared in random order. Seven of ten patients experienced a decrease in the size of their gynecomastia due to tamoxifen (P less than 0.005). Overall, the decrease for gynecomastia for the whole group was significant (P less than 0.01). There was no beneficial effect of placebo (P greater than 0.1). Additionally, all four patients with painful gynecomastia experienced symptomatic relief. There was no toxicity. The reduction of breast size was partial and may indicate the need for a longer course of therapy. A followup examination was performed in eight out of ten patients nine months to one year after discontinuing placebo and tamoxifen. There were no significant changes from the end of the initial study period except for one tamoxifen responder who developed a recurrence of breast tenderness after six months, and one nonresponder who demonstrated an increase in breast size and a new onset of tenderness after ten months. Therefore, antiestrogenic treatment with tamoxifen may represent a safe and effective mode of treatment for selected cases of cosmetically disturbing or painful gynecomastia.
Antiestrogenic treatment whether it be letrozole or nolvadex (not to be confused with being both AI's) has been shown in several double blind studies to reduce preexisting gyno whether pubertal or AAS induced.

Careful w/ Letro.
Your joints may start to get REALLY sore. Sex drive can go out the window. Lethargy, loss of appetite and overall crappy state of mind. Strength loss will most likely happen.
A SERM would be a better choice for your first attempt at shrinking it. Nolva or Ralox. For 3+ months.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

I work in Urology and the best method to reduce Gyno without surgery is Anastrozole. Works wonders but you need a prescription. 1 pill a day.

Letro then SERM.
So far no sore joints. I'm not going to be on it for much longer.
Nolva will be for a month afterwards at a low dose - maybe a little longer.
So far my sex drive is pretty ****ty. Joints fine. Appetite just as crazy always hungry, positive thinking, and still making strength gains - on a cut.
