    Question Omega 3 6 9

    i recently bought a some; NOW Omegas 3 6 9 to add to my supplemente list, didn't really knowing that 6 and 9 where abudant enough, my thing is, does it gonna bring me any trouble or side effect consuming this supplement everyday ? or should i just consume half the dose .. any answers or idea will be hightly apriciated : )
