I am going to be taking the following supplement stack in about a week when my supps get here (hopefully). If you know the answers to the questions below let me know THANKS!
Supplement, Amount, and When I will be taking:
PES Erase, 50mg, Before Breakfast and workout
Biotiva BioForge, 3 pills, Before breakfast, lunch, workout
DAA, 6mg, Morning and before workout
DHEA, 100mg, Morning
Melatonin, 5g, Before Bed
My Normal Supplement Stack:
Creatine, 5g, Morning and before workout
White Flood, 1-2 scops, 30 min before Workout
Animal Pak, With Breakfast
Amino Acid, During Workout
Also have M-Stack and MyoTEST
Can I take M-Stack at any point in this stack? or does it have to go after?
I assume I should take my MyoTEST when the BioFroge runs out, is that correct?
Is there anything I should change up in this stack in your opinion?
