Went to a diabetic doctor today and took my blood results and this is where i am now .. started eating chicken and meat and tried to do smaller portions and eat more ferquent .. she said this and my metformin will help me and it may also help lose weight ? not to sure about that . so as of right now i have lost 30 lbs and that was in janurary and pretty much it . Been lifting pretty good and doing more reps now , like 4x 15 or even 20 , some sets i do 5 x15/20 depends .. kinda bummed out since i havent seen any weight changes , but i am gaining more muscle , arms are more solid so are my calfs and legs , jus my stomach needs to go .. would jus like to get to 225 . id be happier ..
