my arms are shrinking to just around 15inches when they used to be around 15.4 inches... i have no idea why and ill post what i eat and train...
chest bis
legs abs
off
back tris
shoulders (arms sometimes on this day)
off
then repeat
My nutrition is usually this
morning - 3 eggs 2 pieces toast handful almonds
1.5hrs later - Myofusion shake
workout
myofusion shake, cliff protien bar
2 hours later - chicken rice or fish and mash potatoes with cucumber
2 hours later - anything i can find that equal 30g protein and over 400cal. Always stay away from sugar if i can for it and junk.
before bed - myofusion shake
sometimes i had an extra meal b4 workout which is pasta... never measure tho but with meat sauce to add protein
i am just under 6ft weighing around 190. I bench 225 x8 and squat 315x6... i work my legs as i know thats a big success in overall weight gaining. Just recently my arms are shrinking. They used to be around 15.4inches... now just hovering around 15. I have no idea why. I am pretty lanky so it takes a while for my arms to grow.
any suggestions?
