started lifting weights a few months ago and was looking to bulk and did this in the first few months. but my motivation reduced significantly when it became clear that i wouldnt be able to afford to continue eating mty family out of house and home. i live with my partner and have a 3 year old son and few months ago we learned that we will be having twins next year. i decided that it might be cheaper to go for a cut rather than bulk as i've never been happy with the fat that i've put on over the years. i would guess that my b/f is around 25%-30%. i train at home as i cant afford to join a gym. i roughly calculated that my calories should be about 3553 so minus 500, should be about 3000.
however been tracking my cals over the last couple of days and im no where near 3000.
Total 1,236 fat 62.4 carbs 7.2 protein 152.2
6 slices bacon 2 eggs
4 eggs 1 tin of tuna
6 small lamb chops or chicken breast 50g green beans
i cant afford to eat expensively and my budget is about £10 a week. can anyone give any ideas or im i just **** out of luck

With only £10 per week you are seriously going to struggle. But, it is not impossible, for meat, go frozen say own brand chicken thighs. You will be suprised just how much you can save by going own brand and it doesnt taste any worse.
For a dozen eggs over here you are looking at £1.50 so about $2.30, all the stuff that is good for you is mega expensive here.
I would recommend getting the big packs of mince beef as these usually have multibuy offers on them and you can make them into burgers, they will last a while.
Hope this helps a little and good luckFavourite event = truck pull

You might find deals at ASDA helpful or your local aldi - they do deals on finest burgers, beef sausages & big bags of frozen fish - ready to cook from frozen
Those plus 30 egg tray - will be a base - if you have whey on hand
I get butter, clotted cream & any green veg on offer
Hope this is some help to you
