It's time to start a log to hold myself accountable on my goals. I want to gain muscle and strength, but I also just love lifting.
I come from a background of having an ED for a couple years, slowly gained weight back to a healthy level but was skinny fat. I started lifting seriously around March (2011) with a 1 month vacation break in there. Lifting has given me a ton of confidence, then finding this place has been the best thing for my past ED and any thoughts I used to struggle with.
Currently trying to bulk. I'm about 148lbs right now, aiming to get to 159lbs in ~6 months, give or take.
I'm doing GST every other day and do treadmill walking and/or walking my dog on off days.
Current cals & macros: 2300cals:150P/70F minimums. I was cycling cals but am going to start keeping them constant everyday for easier tracking.
I'm hoping that by starting a log you guys will help keep me accountable on my cals and gaining.

Today was an off day so I just walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes while doing a little studying - I seem to be more productive this way.

Lol wouldn't guarantee it this year. With Bray, Hunter, Rodgers, and the O-line playing well it should be a "popcorn worthy" matchup (well...more so than in the past few years). Additionally, all whom I mentioned will have a solid 2 years plus opening 2 weeks at Neyland next year. I do believe you should be worried about that matchup. Sure next year is far far out....but UT has a lot to look forward to. P.S. thoughts on Muschamp? The Muschamp Weiss combo? .

Adam, I think my hair's grown 2 inches or so. It's getting a little long...I don't think I could grow it until I reached my goal weight..I'd look ridic!
Today's macros: 2333cal: 154P/195C/100F (I know, cals don't match up to macros...I just use what myfitnesspal spits out as the final number because it rounds and does what it wants with fiber)
Dinner: baked chicken strips, broccoli, edamame, barbecue sauce
Dessert (yep, the whole pint...you mirin?):
So many toffee cookie dough chunks.
