I gained size on back / upper thighs / chest while powerlifting. Not so much on arms, they're lagging aswel.
Back routine now would consist off:
Wide grip chin ups 8 reps 4 sets
barbell rows ( sometimes i pyramid up going as heavy as 235lb and sometimes i stick to ~150lb and squeeze no pyramid )
Lat pulldowns 12 reps 4 sets
Shrugs 12 reps 4 sets ( light weight )
