If I am not going to eat anything else all day until dinner. How many grams of protein/carbs/fats should I take at breakfast to keep me going all day?

Whatever you want as long as you hit your daily macros by the end of the day. Or dont eat breakfast at all , up to you.
Personally I dont eat breakfast, grab a pre-workout shake at 1pm and one after workout, then I dont eat untill 6-9pm.
You dont "need" to eat breakfast, in fact in some studies skipping breakfast can make you more awake/energetic.

if you eat breakfast and dinner, then i'd split your kcal intake in half. whatever your macros are, just eat half for breakfy
