I will be taking 3mg melatonin + 500mg niacin (working my way up to this currently, starting off with 150mg so i dont get a massive flush) in a 4 week on 2 week off cycle for the next 3-4 months in hope that i will get taller.
As for training i will be doing a strength program consisting of 3x5 for every exercise i do, topped off with VERY high intensity cardio (sprinting) for 5-10 minutes on my off days, i used to be a sprinter anyway so i will post up my routine if anyone is interested.
Current Height: 166.5cm (5'6)
Goal Height: 171cm (5'7 1/2)
I will update it weekly or if i have any new info to give. this is my log for fellow manletbrahs who want to get taller, not sure if it will work but it only cost me 15 dollars so i thought i'd give it a try. even if it doesn't work then i can at least say i tried this, and it shouldn't deter anyone else from trying it, people HAVE grown 2 inches from this.
