    My attempt to grow taller (manlets gtfih) Niacin + Melatonin log

    For those unaware read the OP of this thread

    Once you have awared yourself, you may now read on

    I will be taking 3mg melatonin + 500mg niacin (working my way up to this currently, starting off with 150mg so i dont get a massive flush) in a 4 week on 2 week off cycle for the next 3-4 months in hope that i will get taller.

    As for training i will be doing a strength program consisting of 3x5 for every exercise i do, topped off with VERY high intensity cardio (sprinting) for 5-10 minutes on my off days, i used to be a sprinter anyway so i will post up my routine if anyone is interested.

    Age: 18
    Current Height: 166.5cm (5'6)
    Goal Height: 171cm (5'7 1/2)
    I will update it weekly or if i have any new info to give. this is my log for fellow manletbrahs who want to get taller, not sure if it will work but it only cost me 15 dollars so i thought i'd give it a try. even if it doesn't work then i can at least say i tried this, and it shouldn't deter anyone else from trying it, people HAVE grown 2 inches from this.

    I'm not exactly a manlet but using this protocol anyways. The niacin flush is f*cking brutal, I've been doing this for over a month and I still get beet red for at least an hour.

    I think i will just try sprinting as 3-4 days a week, luckily i am already on melatonin but that is just for sleep problems

    In on this, I've been doing the same protocol at the moment in hopes of boostin GH to repair a ruptured achilles tendon. I'm 6'1 but would gladly trade 3 inches of height to have my achilles back to 100%. . .srs

    okay the flush is intense as fuk for about 15-20 minutes, felt like my head was going to explode and i only took about 350-400mg, definitely not going any higher than this just for comfort purposes (once you try it you'll know what i mean, my whole body looks like a tomato at the moment and its slowly going away. other than that everything is going good. shoulders/tri's today fuuark, will see if im any stronger at least

    I feel like a lot of people exaggerate the flush. The first time I took 500 mg, I won't lie, I freaked out a little bit. But once you know what to expect, it becomes very evident that it's nothing to be worried about. Even at doses higher than 500 mg, it's not unbearable. I go to my morning classes flushed; not a single fuk given when people wonder how the hell I could get sunburned in October.

    short answer: yes.

    basically, you can achieve a greater line of height genetics by working out. look at the scandanavians. their ancestors were all vikings. and scandanavians are among the tallest people in the world.

    genetic traits do get passed on. so the more you workout, the more muscle growing capacity and potential you will give your off spring. its similar to if you smoke cigareets, and you develop lung cancer.... if you reproduce DURING the lung cancer, then there is a very high probability that your offspring will develop lung cancer too. this is why they tell mothers not to drink or smoke during pregnancy (or do crack)...if a mother does do crack, then the baby becomes a crack addict.

    I do hope you get great results.

    I did some extreme stretching and over a few months, I almost put on an inch.
    Mainly lower back stretches, let my legs hang for 10min everyday, etc. b/c everyone's lower back is a bit packed, since we sit all day
