Hey I was just wondering what is the most amount of eggs some of you guys have had in one day....I get most of my fat from eggs and today I think I got about 85% of my fat from eggs just because I didn't have any other food really so I basically had eggs and grilled chicken all day long...I had 14 eggs today by the way...(yes eggs with the yolk).

Better way to phrase this would be in one sitting. Mine is 12. Pyschodiver and I discussed going head to head and seeing who could eat the most in one siting I believe. I'd still be up for it.

In one sitting, I've eaten 24 jumbo eggs. I'm not sure exactly what constitutes a "jumbo" egg, exactly, but these were the eggs with 90 kcals/egg, as opposed to 70 (a "large" egg). They were hard-boiled and accompanied by a small bowl of dipping sauce and a glass of water. I did it to prove to my bro-friend that a pinch of dietary cholesterol (or six grams) won't kill you on the spot. Towards the 24th egg, I was definitely feeling it (the volume of the food, not the cholesterol), but I feel like I could have gotten several more down, especially in the remainder of the hour which was provided to me. As such, I'm going to assume that you could definitely do more than twelve.
With that said, I engage in random acts of competitive (often self-competitive) eating fairly regularly, so 24 might be high for the average person. You'll never know until you try.

Ya it would be hard to prove unless we took pictures of it and even then it would be difficult to prove since people could cheat and sh*t and just say they finished it (I would never do it and I doubt anyone would just to win an eating contest on an internet forum but you never know), I am down for all sorts of eating challenges (especially since I am bulking now)....Idk the exact macros of my eggs I normally get but it has to be somewhere around there. I usually get the large eggs so around 70-80 calories per piece I believe.
