This. He went from borderline anorexic skinny to completely shredded in about 2.5 years. Its the fact that he remained practically exactly the same body fat while he increased muscle mass and ended up so dry and shredded

and i can't say anything about that guy because I don't know him, all I did was comment on those two pictures and said that you can't compare it to Josef's transformation. I would need to know more to tell if he is natty (which he isn't) or not (not the case here)
