    In season bulking....leggo!

    I needed a place to start logging and keeping track of my progress! Here are some basics things about what i'm going for.

    Goal: Get up to 190lbs by April 1st. I'm trying to add weight while in my basketball season, which is very hard to do. Once I hit my goal weight, I can then go for things like a 40 inch vert, 4.6 40, 300lbs bench, 405 squat. I realize this will take much more time then a couple months, but that's what I'm shooting for after hitting my goal weight.

    Today I was testing out a few new things, this will not be my "set" program. I'm trying to get back into the flow after an injury.

    Pretty basic for day 1, will be posting more in depth logs as we go.
