I needed a place to start logging and keeping track of my progress! Here are some basics things about what i'm going for.
Goal: Get up to 190lbs by April 1st. I'm trying to add weight while in my basketball season, which is very hard to do. Once I hit my goal weight, I can then go for things like a 40 inch vert, 4.6 40, 300lbs bench, 405 squat. I realize this will take much more time then a couple months, but that's what I'm shooting for after hitting my goal weight.
