Alright lads, time to get another transformation thread going. Post up if you want to join and what you will be doing durning this years process (cut, bulk, strength, whatever)
I'll be working on strength, just started PHAT yesterday so I'm seeing how far its going to take me. Maybe even start eating clean again for motivation from this thread.

as far as photos go:
take as many as you want, if u wanna take it of ur legs, take one, if u want it just of ur belly, take one...we are using the honor system so not really a need for a newspaper...but we will know which guys have made a good transformation and wats realistic

I'm taking pics, but not posting right now. Kind of weird being documented on Misc Drama when I'm not even important. I'm sitting 250-255, bench 315x6, have made great strides since a year ago. I want to be sitting around 205ish by the end of March (shouldn't be hard). I'll post before/afters at the end if that's cool.

If anyone wants to do ~23 weeks, until around the 21st of March like I'm doing then bring your A game.

Im in. I will have to go with I am going to do a cut. I recently(Tue.) had knee surgery and will have to rehab that before i can commit further.

I am planning on cutting. I want them veins to show. I am new when it comes to cutting so I hope that people can give me tips and advice on how to accomplish this wonderful goal.
My calorie deficit is 2500 calories, subract 500= I will be eating 2000 calories a day
Food plan
Breakfast: Oatmeal with some peanut butter along with almonds and milk
(650 calories, 40g protein,)
Snack: Body Fortness protein shake (2 scoops with water)
(50g protein, 5g fats, 260 calories)
Lunch: Salad with 2 tablespoons of salad dressing, 3+ chicken breasts, along with some cashews
snack: protein shake
Dinner: Turkey Breast (no skin) whole wheat sandwich, 3 slices along with some juice from the juice maker(Apples, blueberries, Peach, Plums, Raspberries, Strawberries, etc.) and some veggies too.
-meals are 2hrs apart
-calulations are a rough estimate, I will fill in the real facts when I actually get the product
-eating plan will change as time goes on, this is school time so it will be inconveniente for me but I will TRY my hardest to meet my goal no matter what
Supplements: Body Fortness Biscuits n creme. I dont have much money to spend so I'll get that. Things in Canada aren't the cheapest
Working out: I plan on doing cardio 3x a week for 20mins each. 10mins running, 10mins walking.
I'm not sure what to do in terms of lifting.
Should I do more reps, low weight?
I want to gain stregnth though...
I haven't hit the legs in MONTHS lulz, need to start doing them to get them strong. If I get a chance, I will post my workout routine
I hear a lot of people eat broccoli..why is that? I hope I can juice that
If I dont meet my goal, its not the end of the world, at least I'll learn some new things
