    I just usually get sore like in my legs, chest etc.. But my lats felt pumped but they are not sore at all this morning

    It seems to happen on days I go heavy, like 5 reps. I just want that soreness back

    I don't always feel sore after my workouts the day after, I take BCAAs before and after my workouts it's supposed to help you reduce your soreness.

    if your not getting sore, change things up! 60 % of the time it works everytime!
