I'm the one on the right in the first picture, which was actually more than 8 months ago, however I didn't start seriously lifting until dec./jan.
Any advice and/or constructive criticism is welcome, still trying to gain a good amount more.
was about 155, now ~173, 6'
Bench 5x5-190lbs
Deadlift 5x5-255lbs
Squat 5x5-265lbs

Looking GREAT man!
I have pretty much the same lifting stats as you and the same weight also!
I went up from 160-175 though and have been at it for the same amount of time

damnnn man very nice job. its amzing what a extra 20lbs of muscle can do. u are 6 feet tall if im correct? what was ur diet like? man keep up the great work and keep us updated.

09-13-2011, 01:19 PM #11Thanks man! Yeah I agree, I used to be a twig. But yeah I'm 6'. My diet up until the last couple months has actually not been the greatest. I lived in a college dorm last year and had to eat in the dining halls, I just tried to eat a lot of food. Then this summer and so far this school year I've been on my own cooking tons of lean meat and doing a lot better with my diet.Originally Posted by ddron03
