UPDATE
Ok, $hit is getting so real now as we stand there is 2 weeks 6 days to go. Carbs have been cut as I have mentioned.
Currently running 250P/225C/30F for 4 days and 1 day of 200P/300C/30F. Ain't nothin at all to it.
Now, I weighed in after I ate 2 litres of ice cream, 20g natty peanut butter, 3 apples and I came in at 80.6kg - 177.32lb. Now that may be 600g higher than my lowest point, but it's 200g lower than yesterday and I have eaten all that food. Tomorrow AM, shall get a more accurate reflection. Absolutely LOVING longer duration LISS. Much better for overall fatigue, lethargy etc. Last night was Max-OT chest and wow, I was throwing some decent weight up. Again, kind of felt like off season where the weight kept going up and I was pushing myself! Tonight is just cardio, brought my clothes with me into the office and will go for a nice 2 hour stroll around the bay. I like longer duration because I don't think about food. Gotta slowly work these little things out, what best helps you succeed and not cheat.
ANYWAY, here are some crappy iPhone nudes for your Monday AM (if you live in Australia, that is). Promised Berto some proper nudes so I will have to take those SOON!

A quick critique on that side tri -- Twist your torso a little bit more to the front. It'll accentuate your chest and add a taper, making you look bigger. Also, with the twist, be sure to flex the pec not directly facing the judges.

Tomorrow will be fitting in 500g of MARBLE CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM in to my diet!!! YEH BUDDY! Found this store close by to work:
http://tastidlite.com.au/index.php?o...pper&Itemid=53
They have so many flavours and all their nutrition is up. Went in to the store today and checked it out. The lady gave me a tiny taste of Peanut butter cup. My goodness, I literally fell back. Stuff is AMAZING!!!!!
Anyone think of any flavours they'd recommend me?- <30 weeks out with 3DMJ & -Berto- to the 2014 Victorian INBA Victorian Titles.

Enjoy that ice cream buddy! And DUDE, those macros are to die for. On my WO day you don't know how much of that I could slam down. I would probably eat so much to the point of a terrible brain freeze. But then again, ice cream taste satisfaction is worth the killer brain freeze.
As for flavor recommendations, all of those flavors are so good and the variety is huge! Would be so hard to pick!
Try something different though.
Try the Peanut Butter ones (PB marshmallow & PB&J sound delicious), the seasonal ones (carrot cake, eggnog, pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, apple pie, caramel apple), the cake ones (angel food cake, coffee cake, cheesecakes, devils food cake), the coconut ones, or the fruit ones.
The chocolate, vanilla & cookie flavored ones seem average to me. They'll probably be great, but nothing outstanding that you haven't had before.

I'm going to try every single flavour and write a review of them. As you said, break them up into categories like you did. Wonder what angel food cake and devil's food cake would be like.
Tomorrow, trying Marchle Cheesecake (total macros for the day will be 251P/223C/29F) and Wednesday I will be trying.. get this.... Oreos 'n Peanut Butter. Due to higher fat content, macros will be 251P/199C/40F. Calories between the two days are exactly the same, just for one day to try it!
Cannot fkn wait for my high day. Brb eating ice cream all day long!- <30 weeks out with 3DMJ & -Berto- to the 2014 Victorian INBA Victorian Titles.

you're telling me to lay off the "junk" food and there you were asking what the benefits are of eating ben & jerry's in a ben & jerry's ice cream thread. To me, it looked like you were trolling by that insanely stupid question of yours. The topic of IIFYM vs "clean" foods has been beaten to death. If you were serious with your question, then I suggest you read the nutrition stickies.
All serious there boys! pretty bad huh? haha- <30 weeks out with 3DMJ & -Berto- to the 2014 Victorian INBA Victorian Titles.

my bad, before i stumbled upon that thread discussing the different flavours of ice cream, i did not realize many people ate it when trying to bulk, in your case cut. Sorry i don't spend all my time reading up on nutrition and such, I just asked a simple question and it seemed to genuinely upset you which is pretty sad. Its funny how some of you have negged me yet others have repped, i appreciate all the attention regardless..
