bro, when they cracked it felt like a bomb went off inside of my body.
after that i could not even move an inch without the worst pain ive ever felt in my life, the reasons for that is cause the ribs broken was the first rib and another one.

I fractured my spine and had to go to the ER - no health insurance. Air compressor was falling down I decided to get under it and realized I couldn't squat 1000lbs and it folded me forward. I'm lucky to be alive.

after 6 hours the doctor tells me i have a nerve problem and gives me pills and says cya brah

a week later i have an xray that my doctor asked me to have and find out my ribs are broken

Id say when I broke a bone in my elbow playing football. Have a pin and screw in now and a nasty scar. it wasnt too bad since the bone broke onto the nerve so it didnt even hurt but its the only one that i needed surgery for

Knee ligament damage was during football/soccer. It's actually a common injury in the sport. My studs got caught in the ground and effectively the defenders weight and my weight were all pushed on to one knee which hyper-extended the knee joint. Collapsed in to a heap and screamed like a mutha****a. Agony. If I could wish for something to change in my past it'd be to go back and for me to black out with the pain. Horrendous.

Grandad's injury was work related. Worked on the docks here in Liverpool and he fell from a crane (untangling something at the top) 45 foot I believe it was.

Have broken 18/20 of my fingers and toes from random sports, but I'm used to those.

Would have to say either breaking my wrist snowboarding, or tearing 4 ligaments/tendons in my ankle playing basketball this summer.

wtf they never took the xray to begin with? holy sht thats borderline malpractice man, i can't imagine. i bruised some ribs and i thought that was miserable, can't imagine a break

Jumped over a fence when I was hammered a while ago and cracked one of my heels and badly bruised the other. Has to be the worst pain I've ever endured. Putting any weight on it at all was excruciating.

I also broke my knuckle, and being the idiot that I am I left it for a week before getting it checked out. That knuckle's pushed into my hand permanently now. Rage.

1. dislocated shoulder and 2. dislocated jaw. The shoulder stayed out for a while and it just keeps hurting more and more. My jaw was only partially dislocated and popped out and in in less than two seconds(happened after being elbowed in the face while playing ice hockey)

really tight pecs would pull my shoulder out of place slighty which would cause my rotator cuff muscles to inflame and then impinge on the chromium
