Is bulking/cutting cycle meant for everyone?

Or are there some people who can get aesthetic by simply eating clean, just below maintenance and lifting heavy?

Eventually, if you eat just below maintenance and work out, you'll get lean. Just takes longer.
The choice between cutting and bulking should be made based on facial and chest hollows.
The choice between eating more or eating less should be made based eating sufficient protein sources first, and energy levels second.

If you are eating below maintenance, you are cutting.

Technically, true. I just mean if you aim for maintenance but also push yourself lifting, you'll eventually drift out to the leanness your activity level and eating support, without "intentional" cutting or "intentional" bulking.

If you are eating at maintenance and lifting hard, you will be in a deficit. Lifting does require calories to get burned.

But, to answer the OP's question, I guess it really depends on the person. Some people like to cycle cutting/bulking while others like to eat moderately. It really depends on your goals.

    .
I dont mean to argue semantics, but maintenance calories are calories that include your physical activity. By definition, eating at maintenance is your break even point.
