.... Alrite i get it its very funny ... i agree with you buying protein in India is like giving away 1/3 of your monthly income (At least for me) and people who hit the gym are generally considered to be jobless people who don't have better things to do in life, but i don't agree to the rules set by the society and think things can and will change also i agree to it that you can't build muscle just with protein and creatine but then my point of joining this community was to expand my knowledge base... the problem with people if some 1 tries to stick out and do something every one wants to run behind him with their hammers and that's what i witnessed here if u cant help don't comment its not that difficult.. any which ways i agree with all your posts, i don't have a proper diet plan( i'm referring to Body sculpting bible by Hugo rivera) i refer HIT/core training listed on the site and try to work it out, thx for all your efforts

My friend the biggest mistake you made was posting it here.
This is the IFBB section, you are not a pro bodybuilder nor a NPC athlete or competing in a show to get your pro card so this thread should have never been made.
Make this thread in The Post pictures of yourself section, Exercize section, Nutrition, Misc or wherever else but not here and deff not Olympia week.
I tried explaining it all with my posts properly.
Goodluck with your training.

well to give OP an organized simple answer
1) good genetics
2) a good gym
3) large doses of test/tren/hgh/insulin
4) enough protein to support growth w/ the drugs
5) i hear grapefruits help somehow as well (not srs)i rep metalcore fans

we Indians
We all have a symmetry of bodybuilding
We all have gene for bodybuilding
Now a days new guys have the karizma to war against world
But the problem is that we don't got right guidance
And while competition the dieting becomes so hard that a person have 240 lbs muscle weight and on stage due to dueratic he becomes 210 lbs and he just can't stand on the stage
That's why we can't compete with the world

want to be a pro? expect to stab yourself 10+ times a day.
prepare as most pros spend 30k+ in the 16 or less week lead up to a show
eat many many times a day, a friend wakes up at 1am to eat again (and do his "buissnes" at the right time) then straight to sleep in off season. then wakes again at 5am..
if you have a freak part USE IT dont ignore it, imagine phill never worried about forearms, rammy ignore quads ect ect use them to stand out
hire a coach who knows their **** and prepare to possibly becaome diabetic/loose all natural test/blood pressure and liver issues to controll all the time.everything i do is gh15 approved. i do not respect liars and filt of the industry. Honest about all suppliment use in sport.

A lot of Pros will tell you that it is 90% genetics, how you respond to training and "supplements" as well as your structure, your shape, muscle bellies et.
Of course it takes years of hard work training et., that goes without saying but all Pros are on the same level with diet and training, it really comes down to your genetics and response to "supplements".
ie. Someone could follow Jay Cutler's diet, training and "supplement" protocol for years and never reach anywhere near his size.THE LEVRONE 2016 MR. OLYMPIA COMEBACK
