I like mixing it up. French curls are one of my favorite exercises overall.

This, and cable pulldowns, for me.

Gotta watch your form on the seated extensions though, if you don't keep your elbows tight to the side of your head and let them flail out, it's useless and you can end up pulling something in your chest/core if you're going heavy.

i also dont feel ANYTHING from skullcrushers.
i do flat bench, incline db bench, (...chest&shoulders), shoulder press and dips. after that my triceps is totally raped. i was adding in some 1-arm-rope pulldowns (by far best isolation exercise for triceps for me) or pushdowns, which both work well for me, but actually that is enough.
since i do tris/chest/shoulders the same day my tris are pretty pwnd after chest and shoulder exercises so no need isolation on that

i agree with sc & cgbp supersets.

but nothing destroys my tris quite like lifting a 130lb dumbell behind my head. feels good man

You're either not going heavy enough or your form sucks, how can you not feel skull crushers?

This, you do one arm at a time then grab dumbbell with both hands and burn them out. Best tricep movement IMO. Skull crushers used to kill my elbows when I was. I am very lean now so stay away from them. Skull crushers also cause the most tricep tears.
