Would it work if I spoonfed myself with olive oil before bed, haha? I wanted to stack up on fat rather than carbs as carbs will make me put on loads of waterweight which I don't want - I want clean weight.
So would olive oil work? Quick and easy.
Thanks brahs
edit
does it taste awful on its own or bearable?

Well, it's not really designed to be taken in spoon form so I can't vouch for the taste in that delivery method, but try cooking with it and you'll be happy.
Taking it like medicine sounds gross....though maybe I'm just out of the loop. Teenage lifters seem to be drinking brown rice, drinking oats, and drinking oil left and right.---

Caloric surplus = weight gain. Olive oil is irrelevant to this equation unless it puts you in a caloric surplus.
Again, this will do nothing without a surplus. Also, OP said he doesn't favor carbs.
