Farmer's Walk

*Pretty big PR on the farmer's today. Previous best was 245 x 80' and this smoked it. My grip slipped when I picked the handles, so the first 60' was pretty much hanging on in the fingertips. Repicked and finished the course.
Keg Front Carry
250 x 80'
300 x 40'
300 x 40'
*Took me forever to get the 300 lb keg lapped, but once I did, it felt ok....but my posterior chain was absolutely shot from the farmer's walks. These suck by the way.

*Stopped here. Absolutely toast at this point.

*Wasn't feeling it today. Something with my setup just felt off a bit. I think my grip was closer than last week, but either way, the end result wasn't terrible. I was only about an inch or two away from locking out the second rep.

Alright day today. Pretty exhausted as I got up at 3:30 am to drive from visiting gf to work. Not cool (especially since it was the third time in 7 days). Deads for tomorrow are off the books. I am going to attack them with all I have on Wednesday. My normal Thursday training will not be held as I will be attacking the log on Saturday pretty aggressively.
