It won't be 700, but it will certainly be upper 500's, maybe 600ish.
PR is 10. I had that today, but left some in the tank. If I had shorts on (not pants), would have had another couple reps with same effort.
Indeed.

I got a double with it a few weeks ago, but wasn't there today.
I want to, but then I have a panoramic view of my garage with a toothpick version of me training. Also is not as easy to prop up the camera. May be doable for everything except OHP.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

Events
12" Log C&P
240 x 1 (3 sets)
*Just a bit of practice with the log. Need to work it a bit more.
Yoke
500 x 160'
700 x 80' (2 trips)
*Wasn't the best day for yoking. Driveway was a sheet of ice. Added a bit of sand for traction, but was pretty slick. Made due and had two decent runs with 700. Felt really good on my back, which is nice.
Stones
*Chalk only, no tacky to 54"
240 x 3
300 x 1 (2 sets)
*Not bad. The 300 was a very slow and deliberate rep. Tough to load a large diameter stone with any sort of velocity when using no tacky. Typically a 300 no tacky means I am good for 340 pretty easily with tacky.
Not a bad session. Would have liked for a bit more, but we were all in a bit of a hurry due to holiday festivities.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

Assistance Day
Incline BB Press
225 x 3
235 x 3
245 x 3
255 x 3
265 x 3
DB Shoulder Press ss HS Row
*No back support on press
70 x 15/270 x 15 (3 sets)
Hammer Curl ss Rope Pressdowns
40 x 15, 120 x 15 (3 sets)
Front Raise ss Band Face Pull
25 x 15, light x 20 (3 sets)
This was yesterday (Sunday). Incline felt pretty good, but I am going to change it up if I ever get to train assistance in the garage. I was out of town and went to the commercial gym I use to go to. Shaky bench, bent bar, rough spots/hand offs and the sun was in my eyes. Oh well, still a decent day.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

600 should be there no doubt. Just going to depend on what the holiday travel does to my energy levels. It is going to be a tough few days coming up here. I have the suit legs stretching with basketballs as we speak. If I can get that to seat right....this could get silly.

340 x 2 (5 sets)
Front Squat
365 x 3 (3 sets)
SSB Pause Squat
*Beltless
290 x 6 (3 sets)
GHRs

Back Raise

Tough session. This was started around 10:00 pm and finished up after 11. I had been Christmas shopping and driving all day starting at 8 am, with very little break. Was pretty tough to get loose and definitely was not on point with nutrition. Adding insult to injury, I have a RE press day coming up in about 6-7 hours....

RE Press
Axle Press
245 x 3 (3 sets)
CG Bench Press
315 x 2
335 x 1
355 x 1
*Really wanted to make a run at 365, but I felt lucky to walk away from the day with 355.
Floor Press + Chain
275 + 40c x 3 (3 sets)
Lat Pulldown/Lateral Raises Superset
140/25 x 15, 12, 10, 8, 5
*No rest between sets.
Abs
Band Crunch
Light x 25 (4 sets)
Rough day. Definitely not easy to press pretty heavy 11 hours after a pretty taxing squat session. My elbows both hurt pretty damn badly after the second press set, then really super awful after the third set. I couldn't touch without a gigantic throbbing pain in my elbow/biceps. This caused me to dump the bar to my chest rather than to control it and keep steady. With a bit of luck, I will be able to make a good run at 365+ in the near future. Should definitely be there under different circumstances. I am going to eat a metric f*ck ton of food now.

ME Deadlift
Deadlift
455 x 1
505 x 1
545 x 1
585 x 1
605 x 1*
505 x 10**
*Setup was consistently awful through out. I guess it is to be expected as it is the first time I have really pulled heavy with straps from the floor. Bar was too close, too far, not tight, whatever. Need to fix that. With that said, 605 is a PR on a stiff bar (625 on a deadlift bar).
**Was programmed to be 80% of top single (485), but I was not going to take off the plate. At that point, may as well stay over 500, right? Got a little sloppy toward the end. Right strap was coming loose. Had to hang on with all my fingertips had for the last one. I bet I can get 20 with this weight in the near future, but that is kinda pointless since you can see how crappy I am on the first rep....
Lat Pulldowns
120 x 15 (4 sets)
BB Shrugs
225 x 10 (3 sets)
Abs
Hanging Leg Raises 4 x 15
Not disappointed with this session, but feel I did not perform my best. Mentally I was drained from the holiday travel. Physically, I have not been eating the best over the last several days, I was tight from lots of driving and kinda beat up from earlier in the week. All things I can (and need) to start controlling to continue to progress. All that sh*t aside, still pulled a 5 lb PR on a stiff bar, so cannot bitch too much.
