GHR
5 sets of 10
*Foot pins all the way to bottom.
RFESS
BW x 20 each let (3 sets)
Ghetto Band Leg Extensions
Monster Mini x 15 (3 sets)
Band Assisted Pullups ss GHR Abs ss Band Pull Aparts
Average x 8/BW x 15/Mini x 15 (4 sets)
Pretty solid day of training. Nothing too spectacular, but my wheels are a bit toasty today. Oh joy!
Thad....the challenge I had in mind was cancelled because I thought this was my RE day....alas it isn't, so you can name the challenge and I will get it next week.

What is this "sprint" and "tie your shoes" that you speak of. I waddle into work this morning with my boots untied with no intentions of lacing them up all day.
My plan for the challenge was that I was going to pause front squat your scheduled pause back squat for the same setup. Looked like it was gonna work out to a rather good number....but not yet.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

My best is way behind me. I'm hoping that after all the weight loss, I can squat with wraps what I used to do without wraps.
We will see how it goes. It's fun watching you guys with it all ahead of you.Squat: 1,040
