If You have a chair or stool that you can adjust the height on.....raise your glutes about 3-4 inches above the chair and either lower or raise the chair a few inches and then sit back down.....do this about 50 times though out the day... and your glutes will really pop...

Ha yeah! I always used to do this cuz I was working in an office like 10 hours a day, but then people would see that I was uneasy and be like what are you doing.... lol

I admit I clicked his avatar becuase I was trying to figure out why a chick was that tall and that body weight and was not sure if he was a he or a she... and laughed when I saw it was in fact a man.
