Amplified creatine 189 v
Has anyone had good results from amplified creatine 189 ? I'm currently using it and just wondering if I am wasting my time . I know it's probably not as noticeable gains as mono but I think this form the hydrochloric is supposed to be better on your body. Let me know with your feedback. Thanks

Tried it. IMO,no creatine pill compares to the powder.
Save ur $$, use GNC or equiv Mono powder. For a bit more $$, try ON Micronized Creatine powder its creapure. Suposedly digest faster/better and mixes better. I personally dont know for sure but ON is good stuff

Thanks for the info. Ive noticed alot of people like the mono better I will have to try it next.

I didn't care for it either. Creatine monohydrate is always a viable option, but other designer creatines I like include:
Trinitine
Green Bulge
SizeOn
All great products and can be found at reasonable prices.
