I've been getting into amateur food photography. If y'all love to cook too, why not take some good pics to show off your talents? I'm including how I did it with pics of the finished product and some recent food pics. Enjoy. _1016283.jpg_1016295.jpg2006 GTO_Fiona.jpgchicken parmesan.jpgFood_1.jpgphotography studio.jpg
You need:
PVC pipe
Spot lamps
Florescent "daylight" bulbs
Suggested:
A few solid color tablecloths
A variety of different colored and shaped dishes
Always keep parsley and other garnishes on hand
Directions:
1. Build a frame around your kitchen table with the PVC pipe. Make sure the base you build is sturdy.
2. Clamp the lamps around the frame (I have 6 on mine)
3. Choose a nice place and table cloth for your food and garnish so it looks pretty.
4. Snap a picture
5. Clean it up on photoshop or Instagram app (if photo is taken with phone)
I made mine big enough to double as a regular studio, but you could always modify yours.
