    which supplement is best for gaining size and muscle mass?

    I know a solid diet and maybe a good weight gainer will help me pack on some muscle and I change my schedule up periodically but what are some good supplements I can also take to help that process?? I've read a little bit about hgh boosters, glutamine, growth horomone boosters as well as natural testosterone boosters but most of the definitions seem damn near the same to me lol! Do any of those help? If so which is the best route to go?? Need advice or any helpful suggestions on a good mass building supplement if there is one

    personally ive seen the best results from a weight gainer, just because of my schedule its hard for me to get all the calories in, Whole food is basically all you will need , but supplemnts certainly have their place if diet and trainging is in order. At 34 a test booster would work well for you!

    Sups help you when u get stuck to get over that hump and they give you an extra edge.

    I can't see you going wrong with something like Thrust or BioForge v3.

    They are both good natural supplements sold here and there's a lot of logs and feed back going on about them. I have 2 bottles of Thrust in my closet waiting.

    If your looking to stay natural, the best your gonna get is something like tribulus, look for 750mg a day to see some results, but its not gonna pack it on like what it sounds like your looking for. If your interested in 'non-natural', but still relatively mild and affordable, you can easily hit your 10lb goal in 3-4 weeks.

    Isoflavones get a lot of attention to improve metabolic efficiency. You find them on BB.com stand alone. I've used Animal M-Stak and had good results from it. Had to ditch the red pill - something about their sitms make my head spin.
