    Changing workout routine often?

I've talked to a couple pros and they tell me they change their routine frequently and I was wondering why this is? Is it a big or small change?
    Thanks

    Pro's in what?

I would think that asking them these questions would have been a good idea while you had them talking.

Only exercises i change frequently are isolations. I always keep the big lifts. I train full body 3 times a week and do two isolation exercises at the end. One workout I'll do barbell curls, the next skullcrushers, abs, calfraises, lateral raises. If i do change some of the big lifts it would be something like hack squats instead of fronts for a few, or overhand BB rows with underhand. Nothing extreme though. I would never take out deadlifts and switch them up with something else other than a different variation.
