    Back opinion.

Well I am working 1 full-time job, a part-time job, and full-time school. Not to mention a girlfriend and other various things. So, I have a very limited time to workout now. Ive moved to just a basic strength training, 3x5 progressive three times a week; a lot like starting strength with a/b days. What do you think is the best back exercise if you could pick just one? Deads are already in there, Im talking just about upper. Ive switched out pulldowns and pullbacks and cant really decide which is better. What do you think?
    Grow up.

Both are important. That's like asking what's better: overhead press or bench press? They're both important (although that might be arguable to some degree)

Well, bench to that question, but Im doing progressive strength and only choosing one so... That was the question. I know they are both important but I just want to make sure I'm choosing which one will best add overall strength and eventually size.

I think you're program would be a little f*cked up by leaving one of the two out since both are very important in developing even musculature, but if I had to choose just one, I would do pullups considering you're already doing deadlifts.
