When your preparing for summer what are some good foods that you eat when preparing to cut and shred up for summer?
I.e. things that are low in fat, and low/moderate carbs, high protein.
I know the essentials:
* Almonds, cashew nuts
* smoked trout
* can make your carb meal a salmon sandwitch with avocado, tomato, onion, lettuce etc
* tuna (good quality, no carbs, low fat)
* muscles in a can
* scrambled eggs with carrot, onion, tomato, mushrooms (1-2 whole eggs, 2-3 egg whites)
* a serving of vegetables
* Lots of WATER
* Oats (good quality, low fat, low sugar)
*Pumpkin, potato servings with dinner
You guys got any other idea's?
