Right I know it's not ideal but I can only train:
Mon: off
Tues: on
Weds: cardio
Thurs: on
fri: on
sat: off
sun:cardio
So I'm thinking of doing upper/ lower split doing it as Upper/ Lower/ Upper. I would alternate with doing 2 days of lower on alternate weeks but the cardio won't make that effective.
Any thoughts? What about doing a split instead?
