ok well lately i've been smoking a little bit of crack, not too much just once in a while, well i did some tonight. and i took some big hits i got real ****ed. all was good, 10 mins after i was sober again, and about half an hour later i left my buddys house and went to pick up my gf from work. well while i was driving there i was feeling my rapid heart and it was pretty crazy. well while i was waiting for her i went to feel my heart again and it was goin like super effin slow i was like wtf and then i started worryin and i got all light headed and dizzy i got out of my car stood up and everything was racing. it was pretty scary i thought i was goin to die, and my gf and family would find out about my evil dark secrets. well yea i decided im gonna quit all this **** now (im not addicted or anything i just do it from time to time) i hope i wake up in the morning.
This whole thread is a joke. You know what, if you guys want to nail girls in a spur of the moment, go right ahead. See how far it gets you. Sorry for having morals, and not being an animal. Seems to be the going rate around here. Have funs with your kids, and STD's. But to tell ya' the truth, I doubt any of you are getting laid in the first place. Why? I researched Dextrose for TKD (keto) use. The consensus I got was NOT to take any pre-workout "Taking it before means you risk an insulin crash during your workout."

Op, if you still need help, consider this.
1 the avg body has 500g glycogen stored. Thats 2kcals, 1 workout will not get anywhere.near depleting that.
2 working out.upregulates your glucose transporters, and sensativity of cells to recieve glucose. NO carbs are necessary post workout because of this.
3 protein itself, especially whey, is insulinogenic, so transport woll happen regardless of carbs
4 anything you eat between last workout and nextworkout will help restore glycogen.
But if you insist on suppimg with dextrose, then:
pick a dose to drink post workout
Subtract shake from macros/cals
Hit macros/cals for the day
Personally I prefer tp eat rather than drink my carbs.

I've been using dextrose (70 gram serv) for over 3 weeks now and I must say it works for me . I have put on 5 pounds of muscle mass in less than a month. Obv i mixed it with 40 grams of protein pwo though! Aside from that, dextrose is not used any other time than that.
