I hope to God this works like recommended on here, because Im loving it. I love the fact that if Im good all day, I can look forward to a nice "cheat meal" at the end of every night. What Im doing is consuming as few calories as I can during the day (being sure to get enough protein thru protein powder), and enjoying the bulk of my calories thru "fattening" foods after a long, hard day.
Day 1: I was able to eat out at a Thia restaurant, and got a cashew nut chicken dinner (guessing about 350 calories)
Day 2: I just finished a nice veal parmesan dinner and some fried calamari (estimated about 920 calories)
I was able to come under my calorie total and get enough protein each day. Tomorrow, Im thinking chicken wings for dinner. Can this really work for losing fat and maintaining my muscle?? Im still lifting 3x/week and getting my protein; it just seems to good to be true

It will work. It will also feel like you are cheating at first. Going to bed on a full stomach, we are taught, is unclean. Your gonna feel dirty. I bet you already do or wouldn't be airing it out here telling your dinners. Haha. But if you count accurately, it will work great.
Why did you start a seperate thread questioning the validity of this two days after you already took the plunge, by the way?Not stopping cut till I look good "douche'n it up" by running without a shirt

Of course it will work, but I recommend at least getting some good complete multivitamins to supplement your eating habits. Or eat more nutritious friendly food during the day since they do provide you with other great benefits(fiber, etc). I did the "count calories" method to lose weight(although I only had one big cheat meal a week and did double exercise that day) and it worked perfect.
