I am trying to figure out a way to add GPP work. I want to get to the point where I'm training twice a day, weights in the morning, GPP in the evening. Any pointers on loading this kind of work so that I don't burn myself out? Thanks to all help.

There are a few good articles from westside and elitefts about GPP.
It depends on your training program. Whatever it is you may have to either have ridiculously low intensity for your GPP so that it doesn't effect your recovery for the main lifting much. Or you can lower your training max by 10% or so and add in GPP on a seperate day, after the workout or as you said, in the evening.
